When did you join the club?

What made you want to join?
Wanted regular football with no hassle whilst losing weight
Do you have a target weight or health goal?
BMI – want to be 80kg and maintain (soooo hard)
What’s your favourite MAN v FAT achievement, so far?
Getting to BMI was a massive buzz, being under 90kg was amazing, plus getting into 11 a side and being competitive
What position do you play?
Normally happier at CAM but also enjoy winger
What’s your biggest challenge when it comes to weight loss?
Maintaining a consistent good diet and maintining BMI
Who’s your favourite footballer?
Tricky one…Henry and Tony Adams were my favourite, now it’s such a tricky one but I enjoy watching Declan Rice
What’s your go-to healthy meal or snack?
Go to healthy snack…tricky one, its just fruit, strawberries are real low in calories and grapes arnt too bad
How do you stay motivated when it gets tough?
I force my self to play all the football I can, fooball genuinely make me forget the shit that’s making it a hard day and spurs me on to control my diet
Do you have a favourite film?
I have several…but really enjoy the Zack Snyder version of D film franchise, Man of Steel, Batman vs Superman extended version and the Snyder cut of of Justice League
What’s a fun fact about you outside of the club?
Fun fact…tough one, out side of the club…I go to as many Arsenal games as possible as that’s my happy place, I work on the railway where I assess depot train drivers (a very very simplified version of my role) and for my sins carry out full home renovation refurbishment work for friends and family
